Choosing a new emlpoyee

Sending of the contract documents by post or appointment for contract signing on site
Choosing a new apprentice
Application documents are being collected until the end of November each year
The preselection is made and the applicants are invited to an interview with aptitude test

Appointment for all new commercial and industrial trainees to sign contracts with their parents, followed by a tour of the company grounds
