Retrofit of a fleece plant

Overview:

  • 22 servo axes with AFE and braking resistor
  • Belt scale
  • New pneumatic control
  • New visualization with recipe management, error memory, energy monitoring, system utilization
  • Overhaul and special insulation of all existing servomotors + conversion to absolute encoders

Function:

  • 22 axes gear synchronization
  • Belt scale using Siwarex
  • Safety functions: STO, SS1
  • DC link monitoring, due to unstable supply, therefore AFE + braking resistor
  • VPN remote diagnosis

Overview:

  • Design based on new safety regulations and for further use of the gearbox (already exchanged 2 years previously)

 

Function:

  • 12 axes gearing, 2 axes torque control, 2 winders
  • Safety functions: STO, SS1, complete stop required in under 0.3 seconds!
  • VPN remote diagnosis
